Srinivasa Rao was the eldest Son of Diwan Venkat Rao, the founder of Shree Hanuman Kovil.
Srinivasa was also Commissioner of Devaswams, Travancore and senior administrator in Adamara Matha Udupi.
His son was the illustrious S. S. Moorthy Rao.
